KNOW SOMEONE WHO IS LOOKING TO PURCHASE A BRAND NEW TOWNHOUSE?  

Refer them to us and you will both receive a $1,000 gift card or travel voucher upon the purchase of any property through the townhouse.com.au team. This is a genuine offer, open to everyone and paid within 30 days from settlement. 

There are no catches (yes we want to pay you!) and just a few small terms and conditions. 

A referred Customer is deemed as anyone introduced to any of the properties for sale on townhouse.com.au and that customer has not already been dealing with townhouse.com.au, or is not already on the townhouse.com.au or Express Property Group database. The customer has become aware of and submitted an expression of interest in a property as a result of your referral and not the marketing efforts of the townhouse.com.au team.

The Referee is the individual person who made the Customer aware of the property for sale on townhouse.com.au and then introduced them.

Both the Referee and Customer will receive a $1,000 gift card each.

THE FINE PRINT:

1. Contract of Sale means there is an agreement to purchase a townhouse between a Developer and a Customer for which the team at townhouse.com.au or Express Property Group are deemed to be the Authorised Selling Agents. 

2. Settled Contract of Sale means a Contract of Sale for a Customer introduced by the referrer to the team at townhouse.com.au or Express Property Group and for which the Contract has been completed and Settlement has occurred. 

3. The Referral Gift will be provided to both the customer and the Referee within 30 days after a Settled Contract. The Referral Gift will be applicable for new townhouse sales made on Off-the-Plan, Under Construction and Newly Built Property as advertised on townhouse.com.au and purchased through our team. Off-the-Plan and Under Construction means a property which has not yet had title registration.

4. The Company representatives who will provide the gift cards are the authorised directors of Express Property Group & townhouse.com.au. 

5. The Referee and the Customer agrees that the Referral Gift is a thank you for making the Customer aware of the property for sale and for introducing the Customer to the team at townhouse.com.au and Express Property Group. The Referee shall:

a. Not make any statement, representation or warranty to any person that they are anyway employed, associated with or authorised by townhouse.com.au or Express Property Group or warrant any accuracy of information, availability or pricing.

b. Use your best endeavours to ensure that information provided in connection with a Customer introduction is true, correct and accurate.

c. Not, without the consent of townhouse.com.au or Express Property Group, use reproduce or alter any advertisement, material or documentation in relation to any of the properties as published on our websites.

d. Not breach the privacy or trust of any parties involved in the Expression of Interest or Contract of Sale including the Customer, townhouse.com.au, Express Property Group or the Developer.

6. If the Referral is deemed as a genuine introduction, townhouse.com.au and Express Property Group agree to provide the Referee with a $1,000 gift card or travel voucher and the Customer with a $1,000 gift card or travel voucher. Both will be provided within 30 days of Contract Settlement.  

7. The type of gift card or travel voucher provided to both the Referee and the Customer is at the sole discretion of the Company representatives. The Referee and the Customer will be consulted on their preferred type of gift card or travel voucher.

8. townhouse.com & Express Property Group will:

a. Conduct its business in a proper, prudent and business like manner in keeping with the business and professional standards expected.

b. Shall not be liable for any issues resulting in a failed Settlement in the Contract of Sale or be liable for any referral gifts if the Settlement does not occur.

c. Not use information obtained from a Referee or Customer for any purpose than in furtherance of any Expression of Interest submitted to townhouse.com.au or Express Property Group.

d. Cancel the Referral Gift program at any time without notice. The Referral Gift program is subject to change and is not forever.
