The ‘townhouse’ has been a popular, low maintenance housing option for Brisbane buyers for a number of decades. Fifteen years ago, townhouses were sometimes viewed to be of a cheaper build quality and located in less popular locations. With the rapid improvements in architectural designs, build quality and zoning, this perception has certainly turned around. 

The townhouse model has found a resurgence with buyers who want a great alternative to an apartment or a house.
